My coach is warm, compassionate

My coach is a warm, compassionate, and very knowledgeable person whom I greatly appreciate and value as I work towards bringing my children home. Penny is helping me learn how to be a better disciplinarian, how to better understand and address the different needs of my children, and I truly hope to learn from her how to be a more effective and confident mother for my children. I honestly appreciate Penny’s feedback—both positive and negative.
